I called over 20 companies to come the same day because I moved all of my furniture already. My daughter called one company, Ultra Steam Carpet Cleaning, Luke came over and took care of us. Ultra is a brother and sister team who are not only great at what they do, but also very nice and friendly as well! They arrived at 9am as promised and were completely done by 10:50am. Vacuumed, did spot treatment where needed and used a commercial quality truck mounted steam cleaner...and results are awesome. Also they put runners down in house and corner protectors so the walls don't get jacked up. We've had our carpets cleaned before, but never went as smoothly and professionally as this time. This brother sister team worked so well together and the results were AMAZING! It was like they gave me new carpets!! From the start, they had excellent communication, easy booking, they are experts in what they do. The equipment was smaller and quieter than what I had experienced years ago. They came in, assessed the areas, asked me what I wanted - if there were particular areas etc., they got to work and it was done before I knew it. They were very good at cleaning pet stains and cleaning under the bed and other heavy furnitures.
